General Terms applicable for cancellations

• Applicable Refund as per cancellation policy and refund process
• No interest will be payable on refund of any cancelled tour
• Namahskara do not have any responsibility towards additional expenses relating to any arrangement made by Guest themselves relating to tour.

Cancellation Charges

Below is the cancellation charges according to the time of cancellation

Cancellation by Namahsksra due Unforeseen Circumstances

• Namahskara reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, health emergencies, or any other events beyond our control.
• In the event of a cancellation by Namahskara, clients will receive a full refund of all monies paid to us, excluding any non-refundable elements such as Airfare, Hotel reservations and transport.

Changes and Amendments:

Modifications by the Traveler

Requests to change or amend bookings before 30 days of tour are subject to availability and will incur a processing fee of INR 1000 per change. Additional charges may apply based on the nature of the changes.

Modifications by Namahskara

While we strive to adhere to all published itineraries, we reserve the right to make changes when necessary. In the event of significant changes, clients will be notified promptly and will have the option to accept the changes or cancel for a full refund.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving a written cancellation request, subject to the terms outlined in this policy.
• Refunds will be issued using the bank account details.
